Bored - Finished!

Video's finally finished! Selim uploaded it on Youtube, just look up TurukoJin, that's his account's name. It seemed to come out pretty well, considering, so hopefully that will be reflected in the mark given.
I've had some good comments on it so far. My sister gave the only negative comment, thinking it was boring after the first minute, but she enjoyed it by the end. To be honest, i'm almost disappointed that it's finished. I mean sure, we cut more scenes than we put in, we rewrote the script a few dozen times, we had sound issues, we had picture issues, and the last day we had to work on it I was in the editing suite for almost seven hours straight, and it's a small stuffy room with no air conditioning, so on the one hand, it's a good thing it's over.
That said, I did enjoy working on a proper video again. It's actually been quite a while since I made a video, since the people I used to make the occasional video with went to university, so I haven't done much. Doing this again reminded me why I enjoyed it so much. Sure, the editing is a pain, the filming never works out how you want it, the sound is always off, but when things click, it is so satisfying to watch it. Having edited the video myself, I am immensly proud of some of my work, but only because I know what it was like before I cut it, refilmed it, etc.
There was also the thrill of working on video editing centric computers, designed purely to make videos. I don't usually use an Apple Mac, but Final Cut Pro, their flagship video editing program, was easy to use for the Premiere Pro user, once you got the keyboard translation down.
I am also quite pleased at how the audio turned out. The fan was left in because every room we looked in had the air conditioning going. It was a common noise in our lecture rooms, so we kept it. The lip synching on the redubbed lines was perfect. One or two lines may have sounded out of place, but otherwise, it was good. Well done to Adam and James for their perfectly lip synched performances.
On another note: CHAMPIONS!
